When you select Exit from the play mode, you’ll be taken to the Review stage. On the left side of the Review screen are tabs which signify the different functions you might need.
If you’ve just completed an activity which has been collecting data (as is common with the Wordpad games), this will be open by default.
Use the buttons in the top right to export to either Excel, the clipboard or a CSV spreadsheet file.
Up to four sections will be visible in the main log:-
This categorizes the results by which question or prompt the come under.
For example, in a quiz you might use this section to what all of the students wrote for a particular question. This is a great way to get feedback on which questions most students are struggling on and for which they are not.
This categorizes the same results by which student the answer came from.
In our example of a quiz, this would be the section that would tell you how Joe Bloggs in particular had achieved in that quiz. It would tell you how he'd done for every question in the quiz.
This categorizes the same results by the nature of the answer given.
In our example of a quiz, this would be the section that would tell you who gave the answer "frog" when asked to name an amphibian. This type of grouping is useful where the question is open-ended and you are looking to see common answers.
This is found at the bottom. It will give you a second-by-second account of what happened during the activity.
The convert tab offers a gallery to select a template to convert the current template into. You can find out more about conversions in the templates section.
This tab allows you to share the activity you just made with the community.
